For years, I thought I was doing what I was meant to do, saving lives in the hospital.
Day after day, I cared for patients fighting for their lives: heart attacks, strokes, kidney failure, liver failure, infections, and complications from diabetes.
In those moments, I gave everything I had.
But soon after they left the hospital, I'd see them again, same faces, same diseases, sometimes even worse than before.

Because I realized I wasn't truly helping them. I was sending them back to the same habits, the same foods, and the same lifestyle that had brought them to the hospital in the first place.
That realization shook me.
I became committed to helping people understand the role everyday habits can play in prevention and long-term health
So I started diving into the science of it all.
The decades of medical literature that pointed to one undeniable truth: Nutrition and lifestyle are important, modifiable parts of metabolic health.
As Hippocrates said, "Let food be thy medicine."
But it wasn't until my father got sick that this truth became personal.
My dad, Oliver, is a busy car salesman who had been dealing with Type 2 diabetes for 20 years.
His job kept him running nonstop, so he didn't focus much on his health. He had to take seven pills a day to manage his diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
He always used to say, "Nothing is going to happen, I feel good."
But one day, he got a very serious foot infection that almost cost him his life.

This was his wake-up call—and mine.
My commitment to this work is personal.
After my father, Oliver, experienced serious health challenges, our family began taking a closer look at nutrition and daily habits.
With his treating clinicians monitoring his care, his health markers changed and his medications were adjusted by his medical team.
His experience inspired me to help others better understand the role lifestyle can play alongside appropriate medical care.
His story is personal, not a promise of results; individual outcomes vary. Do not change or stop any medication without the guidance of your prescribing clinician.
Today, my dad is a free man.
He feels younger, stronger, and happier than he has in years.
My dad once said, "I never thought I could live without my medication. I'm healthier, happier, and stress-free. If I can do it, anyone can."

Absolutely.
I specialize in helping professionals support metabolic health, blood sugar & improve understanding of insulin resistance through plant-based nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Many of my clients have reduced medications under their doctor's supervision. Plant-based nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have.
However, this program complements your medical care and works alongside your existing healthcare team—it doesn't replace it. So, always remember to never change medication without your prescriber.
I understand that concern. You've worked hard for your success and don't want to waste resources.
That's exactly why I offer a free masterclass first. You can experience my approach and see if it resonates.
The 14 day Jumpstart Diabetes Program also allows you to start with a lower commitment before moving to VIP coaching.
Most importantly, my clients see measurable results: lower lab numbers, weight loss, and increased energy within the first 2-3 months. The science behind plant-based nutrition is solid.
Yes! Many of my clients are frequent travelers.
We'll teach you exactly how to make healthy plant-based choices at airports, hotels, and business dinners. You'll get restaurant guides, travel snack lists, and strategies for maintaining your routine across time zones.
Several of my successful clients are on the road 50% of the time. Once you know what to look for, plant-based options are everywhere.
It's never too late!
Some of my success stories come from clients in their 50s and 60s. Your body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right tools—especially whole, plant-based foods.
I've had clients improve insulin resistance, eliminate medications, lose 30+ pounds, and feel more energetic than they did 20 years ago.
The key is starting now. Every day you wait is a missed opportunity to feel better.
While my approach focuses on eliminating animal products for optimal health results, we meet you where you are.
We make changes at a pace that works for you. Some clients transition fully in the first week. Others take a more gradual approach.
The focus is on adding abundant whole, plant-based foods while systematically removing animal products—in a way that feels sustainable for your lifestyle.
The clients who fully embrace plant-based nutrition see sustainable habits and skills over time.
That's exactly who this program is for!
Most of my clients are sedentary professionals when they start. We incorporate realistic, time-efficient movement strategies that work for desk jobs. No extreme workout routines required.
Even small increases in activity combined with plant-based nutrition improvements build sustainable habits and skills over time. You don't need to become an athlete. You just need to move more than you do now.
